Charlize said he did not have any teeth until he reached 11 years. As a child, Charlize was often sickly, so he is often given antibiotics which finally makes his teeth broken.

"My childhood was very bad. I do not have teeth until I was 11 years old. I have fangs because I never had jaundice as a kid and I was given too many antibiotics that made my teeth so rotten, "said Charlize femalefirst quoted as saying.
